H.H. Sakya Trinzin's Visit to Australia 2003

His Holiness Sakya Trinzin is the 41st head of the Sakya tradition, one of the four traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.

His Holiness has said that the distinctive quality of the Sakya tradition is that it places equal emphasis on both study and meditation.

He was enthroned as the head of the Sakya tradition at the age of 14 in 1959 in Tibet.

His Holiness will be visiting nearly all the states of Australia during April, May and June 2003.
